We had the chance to try a few different types of cachaça cocktails at the Zeca cachaça launch party held at Pisqu London, where we also enjoyed authentic Peruvian food for the first time.
I know this is not about rum, but I don’t think you can be a rum lover and not enjoy a good cachaça, especially if you are a big fan of French style agricole rhum like us.
Below are the recipes of three of the cocktails. Our favourite was the Rio Roma Rose, which was full of flavour and we could see ourselves sitting outside on a nice summer day enjoying a few of these. It is not combination that we would have thought of. If you know Pimm’s think of this drink as a much more elegant and flavourful version.
We will definitely try to replicate these recipes at home, I think you should too.
